Achieve Facial Rejuvenation with Dermal Fillers
Loss of facial volume and contour is a natural part of aging—and it can be accelerated by genetics or weight loss. Common signs include flatter cheeks, thinner lips, under-eye hollows, and deeper lines around the mouth and chin.
As we age, facial bones recede, deep fat pads diminish, and collagen and hyaluronic acid production slows—leading to sagging and a tired appearance. While skincare products can improve surface hydration, dermal fillers are the most effective non-surgical treatment to restore lost volume and rejuvenate your facial structure.

Ultimate Undereye Treatment
Undereye hollows, bags, and dark circles are among the most common beauty concerns.
Our favorite new approach blends dermal filler with PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) to create a treatment that’s both longer-lasting than PRF alone and more natural-looking than filler by itself.
This innovative combination smooths the undereye groove, restores lost volume, and delivers a subtle, refreshed appearance—while PRF works behind the scenes to stimulate collagen and support the thin undereye skin.
Natural Lip Filler
Whether you're noticing age-related changes or have always wanted fuller lips, lip filler can enhance shape, symmetry, and proportion—while still looking like you.
At Aluma, we use expert technique and a deep understanding of anatomy to enhance your lips in a way that looks natural and true to you.
From subtle refinement to fuller volume, our goal is always the same: soft, natural movement and results that complement your natural beauty.
Lift and Refresh with Cheek Filler
Cheek filler is one of the most effective ways to lift jowls and refresh your overall appearance—when done subtly and with precision.
The cheeks play a key role in facial structure, supporting the jawline, softening smile lines, and reducing under-eye shadows. With age, they lose volume and definition. Carefully placed filler can restore natural curves and provide a gentle lift that enhances the entire face, without looking overdone.
Chin & Jawline Filler to Define
We don’t often think about sagging jawlines or a diminished chin—until they begin to affect facial balance and definition. Whether due to aging or natural anatomy, a recessed chin can impact overall harmony.
With skillfully placed dermal filler, we can enhance chin projection, improve proportions, and restore jawline contour for a more defined, sculpted look. Results are long-lasting and designed to look natural and true to you.
Temple Filler for an Anti-Aging Boost
The temples play a quiet but powerful role in facial balance. As we age, volume loss in this area can create a hollow, sunken appearance—often making the face look older or less healthy.
With a stiffer filler, we can restore volume to the temples, helping to rejuvenate the upper face and bring back a smooth, youthful contour.

Dermal Fillers in Portland Are Not One Size Fits All
At Aluma, we believe there’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to facial rejuvenation. Formulaic approaches often fall short—that’s why we tailor every dermal filler treatment to your unique anatomy and goals.
Dr. Brigham, MD, uses advanced techniques and a deep understanding of facial structure to place filler with precision. Through careful observation and strategic product selection, he creates natural, balanced results that enhance your features—not change them.

FAQ: Dermal Fillers
What areas can be treated with dermal fillers?
Dermal fillers are incredibly versatile—they can contour, lift, support, and restore volume across the face. Common treatment areas include the cheeks, lips, chin, jawline, and temples.
For more advanced facial rejuvenation, Dr. Brigham also treats areas like the tear troughs, infrabrow, deep crow’s feet, marionette lines, smoker’s lines, and downturned corners of the mouth—all with a focus on natural, precise results.
How long do dermal fillers last?
Dermal fillers are not permanent. Most hyaluronic acid dermal fillers last between 10 and 15 months, depending on your body’s metabolism and the cross-linking technology present. The amount of cross-linking may affect duration, with Juvederm Voluma known to last the longest of FDA-approved dermal fillers, 18-24 months, based on one study.
How much do dermal fillers cost?
Dermal filler treatment for most areas of the face requires at least two vials to achieve noticeable correction, sometimes three to four vials. Lip filler treatment typically requires only one vial. The price range per dermal filler vial is $850 to $900, with multiple vial treatments getting the reduced price per syringe benefit.
Are dermal fillers safe?
Yes—dermal fillers are safe when performed by a skilled injector with a strong understanding of facial anatomy and the depths of facial tissue. Incorrect placement can lead to complications, so choosing an experienced provider is essential for both safety and natural-looking results.
Before & After Care
How should I prepare for my dermal filler treatment?
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face; a light moisturizer is acceptable as the treatment areas will be properly cleansed before injection. Taking Tylenol about 45 minutes prior to the appointment can help increase comfort, although all fillers used contain lidocaine to minimize discomfort.
What is the downtime for dermal filler treatments?
Often, clients return to their normal activities on the day of treatment. Minimal swelling and tenderness are expected for a day or two. Sometimes, slight bruising at the injection site occurs.
What should I avoid after filler treatment?
After dermal filler treatment, patients should avoid heavy exercise, alcohol, and excessive sun or heat exposure for 24–48 hours. Also, avoid applying heavy pressure to the treated areas, massage treatments lying face down, and taking NSAIDs such as Advil.
