Pricing & Payment
How much do your treatments cost?
Each treatment’s cost depends product, modality, and amount used. You can also find cost estimates in the FAQ of each treatment page.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel (or reschedule) your appointment at least one week in advance.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) and no-shows will be charged $150.
Appointments
Who provides my consultation?
At Aluma, Dr. Brigham performs all consultations, ensuring optimal treatment plans and results. The $150 fee will be applied toward a future treatment with Dr. Brigham.
Who provides injections?
All injections, including Instalift Threads, are performed by Dr. Brigham, MD, a board-certified hospitalist with over 8 years of experience practicing aesthetic medicine.
Who provides chemical peels and facials?
All skin surface treatments are provided by a Certified Advanced Clinical Esthetician.
What aesthetic services can be combined?
Combination treatments can enhance long-term results. When combining treatments, Dr. Brigham will develop a planned approach for optimal results. Here are a few that have proven effective:

- Dermal Fillers + Botox
- Sculptra + Dermal Fillers
How should I prepare before and after
my treatment?
Each treatment is different and may require different preparations. You can find this information on each treatment page, along with aftercare practices. We will be in touch with specific instructions once your appointment is booked.
General Information
What skincare products do you carry?
We carry SkinMedica, Le Prunier, and Kari Gran products. Our SkinMedica products can be ordered directly from our website and shipped free of charge to your home.
What is your gratuity policy?
Since we are a physician’s medical clinic, tipping is not allowed. All gratuity for skin surface treatments performed by our CAE is included in your treatment price. The best way to express your appreciation is to leave a thoughtful review for our staff.
What are your sustainability practices, and how do you support local commerce?
We take our responsibility to the environment very seriously. To take actionable steps, we always buy in bulk to reduce shipping and material waste. We buy local wherever possible and recycle. We also prioritize purchasing local, American-made products.
