Aimee Brigham

Co-Owner, Aluma Aesthetic Medicine

Aimee Brigham, co-owner of Aluma Aesthetic Medicine, is the first to admit she prefers to stay behind the scenes rather than be in the spotlight. Known for her attention to detail and thoughtfulness, she consistently focuses on refining the patient experience at Aluma from check-in to follow-up.

How Aluma Was Born

Aimee’s path into the cosmetic injectables arena began with her own experience as a patient. In her mid-30s, she was treated with Botox for the first time, but her initial consultation left her feeling more like a transaction rather than a person. That moment became the turning point that ultimately inspired the creation of Aluma.

Patients Are The Focus

At Aluma, Aimee creates and maintains a space where patients feel genuinely cared for. Her focus is on ensuring every patient feels pampered, is fully educated about their treatment options, achieves beautiful results, and never feels pressured into something that isn’t right for them.

Her Background Helps

With over 12 years of experience as a board-certified speech therapist, Aimee brings her response-to-intervention approach to Aluma. Every treatment is tested in-house before being offered to patients. Instead of following passing trends, Aluma focuses on FDA-approved, well-researched products that are proven to deliver beautiful, reliable results.

Building Aluma

Aluma was built from the ground up, born from dinner-table conversations between a husband-and-wife team with a shared vision. In the early days, Aimee wore every hat, even designing the first website herself (a humble start, by her own admission). Recognizing the need for a stronger foundation, she completed business coursework through the Portland Community College Small Business Center.

A Comcast RISE Award recipient, Aimee remains deeply committed to Portland’s small business community. She takes pride in building Aluma as an independent, community-rooted brand, one that reflects her values and vision.
