Dr. Brigham brings a depth of experience to Aluma that sets him apart from most injectors in the Portland area. With over 20 years in medicine and more than 8 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic treatments, his knowledge base goes far beyond standard injector training.
He has completed over 25 advanced, private continuing education courses, including specialized training with Palette, Swift Beauty, Dr. Harris’ Non-surgical Lip Augmentation, and Cotofana Anatomy. In addition, he trains in person with Allergan Aesthetics quarterly, ensuring he remains current on the latest research, techniques, and safety standards.
A Unique Path to Aesthetics
Dr. Brigham’s medical path was defined by a crucial choice: whether to pursue surgery or internal medicine for his residency. Attracted to the hands-on procedures of surgery and the diagnostic challenges of internal medicine, he ultimately decided to specialize in internal medicine and is a board-certified internal medicine physician in active practice.
With the opening of Aluma Aesthetic Medicine, he was able to pursue his passion for hands-on work that delivers immediate results. Aesthetic medicine allows him to blend the precision of surgery with the personalized, problem-solving methods of internal medicine.
