Payment Policy

  • Full payment for all services rendered is required at checkout. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Alle/Cherry Financing, and debit cards.
  • Non-refundable deposits are required for services that reserve an extended amount of the provider’s time. These will be added to your client wallet and applied on the day of your treatment. You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment. 
  • Packages are purchased in full at checkout. These are non-refundable. In certain cases, if there is an accidental checkout or emergency situation, we will refund the package minus the credit card processing fee, as we do not receive reimbursement from our merchant. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least one week in advance.
  • For services, that do not require a deposit, late cancellations (less than 72 hours before your appointment) and no-shows will be charged a $150 fee. At Aluma’s discretion, emergencies and illnesses may be exempt from this fee.
  • Botox and Dysport follow-ups may be canceled the same day without a cancellation fee if the appointment is no longer needed. We understand that results continue to develop over time and may not require an in-office adjustment. If you need to reschedule, please do so within 36 hours.

  • Our services are intended for cosmetic purposes and are not a substitute for medical treatment.
  • Clients with medical conditions or concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional before receiving treatment.
  • All sales for services rendered are final. We strive to achieve the best possible results, but individual outcomes may vary based on factors beyond our control. 

Products

  • All sales of skincare and other retail products are final.
  • For defective or damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to discuss replacement options.

  • Please inform us of any accommodations you need before your appointment, including accessibility requirements or special considerations.
  • We strive to accommodate all clients to the best of our ability to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Health and Safety

  • We adhere to strict health and safety protocols to protect the well-being of our clients and staff.
  • Clients are expected to disclose any relevant health information and follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our team.

Privacy Policy

  • Client information, including personal and medical details, will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Age Restrictions

  • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Written consent may be required for specific treatments.
