We carry select SkinMedica products from Allergan, the makers of Botox because their products are targeted for post-procedure skin. In addition, being a pharmaceutical company, they cannot make false claims. We don’t carry all the products, just the ones we deem cost-efficient and effective. In addition, SkinMedica products are all fragrance and color-free, making them great for the 70% of the population with sensitive skin.

Cleansers

SkinMedica Facial Cleanser
A daily go-to cleanser for all skin types. Without over-drying the skin, it removes dirt, excess oil, SPF, and pollutants. Actives include Pathenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) and Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract.

Skinmedica AHA/ BHA Exfoliating Cleanser
An exfoliating cleanser that uses acids and beads to scrub away dead skin, improving skin tone and texture. Actives include Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Salicylic Acid, and Jojoba Oil.

Skinmedica Retinol Creams

Retinol is the holy grail of anti-aging. These creams are also good for light acne/breakouts and brown spot reduction. Many studies have demonstrated how retinol increases collagen, elastin, and cellular turnover while decreasing the chances of atypical pre-cancerous cells. SkinMedica encapsulates their retinol with PhytoShield™ Complex to minimize irritation. Do not use retinol products if pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding.

SkinMedica Retinol Complex 0.25
This cream contains .25 % retinol. It’s great for reducing acne and dullness. It also renews the skin by boosting cellular turnover and collagen production at the cellular level.

SkinMedica Retinol Complex 1.0
This cream contains an increased level of retinol at 1.0%. We recommend using this only if your skin has tolerated the .25% retinol complex when used every night. The clinical cosmetic efficacy is similar to 0.25% Tretinoin/Retin-A. Unless your skin has very low sensitivity, this may irritate it. To help your skin acclimate, apply it after a thick moisturizer.

A soothing cream that nurtures and hydrates both sensitive and combination skin. Use it day or night to replenish your skin with its potent complex of active ingredients: Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Bisabolol (Chamomile-derived agent), Green Tea Leaf Extract, Superoxide Dismutase, and Hyaluronic Acid.

SkinMedica TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream
Our skin barrier is constantly compromised by dry air, UV radiation, stress, hot water, harsh products, and even medication. The TNS Ceramide Cream hydrates and helps your skin with rich ceramide lipids that help balance and restore your skin’s natural protective barrier.

Actives like Human Fibroblast Conditioned Media (TNS®) trigger the skin’s protective functions and potentiate the cream’s unique mixture of ceramides and peptides. As a thick cream, this is best for calming dry, damaged skin.
