Aluma delivers a higher standard of patient care in aesthetic medicine. We are a physician’s office specializing in advanced non-surgical facial treatments serving Portland, Oregon, since 2018. We take pride in our work and our patients’ results, only offering treatments that are effective in creating natural and beautiful outcomes. To achieve this, we prioritize evidence-based techniques as well as comprehensive treatment approaches.

Such valuable resources are fundamental to our mission, superior patient care, and the development of our exceptional staff.
Our Story
Aluma began as an idea after co-founder Aimee, a fatigued working mom, had her first aesthetic treatment at 33. Feeling overwhelmed by the process, price, and pressure at a local med spa, she left her first Botox treatment feeling worse. Sharing her experience with her husband, Dr. Nathaniel Brigham, they envisioned a better approach to aesthetic medicine, prioritizing patient care and high ethical standards. They established Aluma Aesthetic Medicine in Portland, OR, committed to delivering a nurturing atmosphere and personalized treatments.
Aluma’s team has carefully curated the most effective treatments and products to achieve real results. With advances in facial anatomy understanding, treatment techniques, and product formulations, Dr. Brigham’s extensive training and experience ensure comprehensive approaches to renew patients’ beauty naturally. Aluma stands out among medical spas, combining Dr. Brigham’s medical expertise with the personalized care Aimee sought. Together, Aimee and Dr. Brigham are dedicated to continued professional growth and mastering the art and science of aesthetic medicine.
