Consultation
A consultation is required to determine whether you are a candidate for treatment. During the consultation, Dr. Brigham will review facial aging and your anatomy to create a plan with you for beautiful results.

Treatment
Dr. Brigham begins by mapping depleted facial areas. Dermal filler is then placed using a combination of needle and cannula techniques. Icing is used prior to reduce bruising, and gentle manipulation of the treatment area is performed afterward to ensure smooth placement.

Follow Up
Our team will check in with you the day after treatment and share before-and-after photos if desired.
Two to four weeks later, you’ll return for a follow-up appointment, so Dr. Brigham can assess results and make any refinements.

Before & After Care for Dermal Fillers
Before Care Basics
Avoid Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Advil, St. John’s Wort, and other NSAIDs for 72 hours prior to treatment to help minimize bruising.
If you are taking any blood thinners, please let us know.
For added comfort, you may take 1,000 mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen) 45 minutes before your appointment.
After Care Basics
Avoid applying pressure, manipulating the area, or vigorous face washing for at least 6 hours. For the next 7 days, minimize prolonged pressure in the treatment area. Try to sleep on your back with your head elevated for the first night. Avoid NSAIDs like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, and Advil for 2–3 days to reduce the risk of bruising.
